Innes founded the Company in 2015 when he divested it from a group of companies he controlled for over 20 years.
Qualified as an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, he was in senior management when he gained his MBA and began his move into General Management.
Having ran Companies in Scotland, The Netherlands and Texas USA his experience is now firmly being utilised by MAC Networks where he continues to steer the Company on its strategic journey.

Stuart has been involved in the rigging side of the Mobile Telecoms industry for 25 years. He began his career working on GSM contracts in the UK and Europe. He has since worked on large scale 3G, 4G upgrades and builds including SRAN projects and more recently 5G rollouts.
He has also been heavily involved in new tower builds and special projects. Having worked for some of the biggest and well-known companies over the years, he has expert knowledge and experience of PCN rigging, testing and implementation.
Stuart joined MAC Networks as a Rigging Supervisor in early 2020. Due to his skills and experience, he was quickly promoted to Rigging Manager. After showing his commitment to the company, Stuart was recently promoted to senior management as Field Operations Director.
